Match Report: OKCFL Week 16 Round Up

Week 16 matches of the on going Ondo Kingdom Football League  (OKCFL) recorded drought of goals as only 3 goals were scored.

Friday night match has Peace FC and De Eagles FC played a goalless draw at OBHS Stadium
while the match between Shadow FC and Bright Stars ended in a goalless draw.

FCBA recorded their first win of the year as they edged past the Church Boys Winners FC by a lone goal via a well taken spot kick by Richard Christopher in 20th minutes of the game. Coach Olushola Olumide of FCBA reverted to a 'pack the bus' tactics throughout the second half to claim a vital 3 points.

Run Away League leaders and defending champion Otitolere FC also played a goalless draw with Amingoes FC on Monday.

Lot of drama on Tuesday as the underdog Mansfield FC defeated Dammy FC 2-0 to end Dammy FC unbeaten run. Anjorin Shola put the host on driving seat in 28th minutes while Sikiru Taofeek double the lead in the 60th minutes.

It was also a goalless draw played at Epe on wednesday between Diamond FC and Laje United.
