Abbah joins Swedish side Vaxjo United from Achievas Academy

Unknown Nigeria striker Samson Ogbu Abbah joins third tier Swedish side Vaxjo United on a short term basis from Achievas Football Academy Lagos.

The young forward joined the team after performing in his trial programme, where he scored four goals in six games and he was rewarded with a contract till the end of the season.

Abbah was a member of the Nigerian Golden Eaglet team that failed to qualify for the 2017 CAF U17 tournaments in Gabon.

The striker who has been given the number 32 jersey has resumed training with Vaxjo first team according to statement on their official website, “Abbah has joined us till the end of the season and we are confident of his talent,” the club statement reads."
