Victor Moses is a Premier League Champ

Super Eagles winger Victor Moses is in celebration mood after helping Chelsea to win the league title on Friday night.

Chelsea secured their second Premier League title in three years after a hard-fought 1-0 win over West Brom on Friday evening. Michy Batshuayi's late goal saw Antonio Conte's side claim the league honours with two games to spare in the Italian manager's first season at the club. It took all of 82 minutes before the 23-year-old Belgian international tapped home from five yards out to ease the tention at the Hawthorns.
The victory leaves Chelsea with an unasailable 10-point lead over second-placed Tottenham Hostpur after 36 games.

Conte has joined Jose Mourinho, Carlo Ancelotti and Manuel Pellegrini as only the fourth Premier League manager to win the title in their first season.

Moses has been a revelation this season for the blues as a Right-Wing-Back,a position his style of play truly defined. This is the second trophy the 26-year-old former Crystal Palace winger is lifting with Chelsea after an Europa League success in 2013.
