Godwin Obaje scores brace to hit goal number 9

Last season Nigeria Professional Football League top goal scorer Godwin Obaje scored his 9th goal of the season after converting a spot kick in yesterday's afternoon Nigeria Professional Football League match against Kano Pillars. In the 46th minutes of the encounter, a Kano Pillars player stopped the ball with his hand in the 18 yards box and a penalty kick was awarded to FC Ifeanyiuba in which Obaje made no mistake in converting the spot kick, taking his team's lead to 2-0.
Earlier in the encounter, the NPFL star converted a low cross from King Osanga in the 13th minute before his second from spot.

A brace from Godwin Obaje in yesterday's afternoon Nigeria Professional Football League match earned FC Ifeanyiuba 8th match unbeaten run.

Obaje now has 9 goals in the league this season and now 5 goals behind league top goal scorer Stephen Odey.
