Cristiano Ronaldo to move to China for £250m

There is a report linking Real Madrid Star Cristiano Ronaldo with a move from Real Madrid to a Chinese Club for a £250m fee. According to Ronaldo's agent, Jorge Mendes, the two times FIFA Player of the year is not interested in the deal.

Chinese Football League full of hope has been promoting their league strongly in recent time with the signing of some key players from well-known and established European clubs. Currently, Chelsea's Ramires plays for Jiangsu Suning, Atlético Madrid's Jackon Martinez plays for Guangzhou Evergrande, former Arsenal and AS Roma Striker, Gervinho plays for Hebei Fortune FC, former Chelsea Striker Demba Ba, alongside former Liverpool Midfielder Mohamed Sissoko plays for Shanghai Shenhua among others, all in the Chinese League. Shanghai Shenhua have also confirmed the signing of former Manchester City Striker, Carlos Tevez from Boca Juniors.

Recently, Chelsea forward, Oscar dos Santos Emboaba, also moved from Chelsea to China, showing that the Chinese League may become the best League in the world in years to come with the kind of money being splashed on players signing and wages.

An attempt to get the service of Cristiano Ronaldo is a big one for the Chinese League, if the deal goes through, Ronaldo will earn £85m annually.
