Russia 2018 Qualifying group B opposition of the Super Eagles of Nigeria, Chipolopolo of Zambia will on Saturday play Zimbabwe in an international friendly macth as part of the preparations for the upcoming 2018 World cup qualifier match against Cameroon.
The local players who are already in camp are expected to prosecute the exhibition match.
The match will be coach Wedson Nyirenda’s second in charge and he will also lead the team against Uganda on 8th November before playing Cameroon on the 12th.
Zimbabwe are out of the race to the World Cup but are preparing a team for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations which will see them play against Algeria in the opener.
The game will be played in Harare at the National stadium.
The team will leave for Zimbabwe tomorrow.
Recall that Zambia will also play another match against Equatorial Guinea Immediately after the match versus Cameroon on November 12.
