Opposition Watch : Philippe Troussier now in pole position for Algeria job

According to the latest information reaching us,The coach with whom Mohamed Raouraoua would have finally reached an agreement with is Philippe Troussier.

The 61 year old french man who coached in two world cups (1998 with South Africa and 2002 with Japan).His name is not one of the names flying around the media after Marc Wilmots turned down the coaching offer.

Coach Philippe has yet to answer several phone calls by journalists trying to confirm the news.

He was based in Morocco for many years also has a great African experience with Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Benin and even Nigeria.

The Chief Executive Officer of the federation will wait till end of the week to formalize his choice.
