Hakimi hat-trick inspires PSG comeback in 5-1 victory over Le Havre

Le Havre, France — Paris Saint-Germain produced a dominant second-half performance to defeat Le Havre 5-1 in Ligue 1 on Friday, 30 October 2026, with Achraf Hakimi scoring a hat-trick to lead the champions to another important victory.

The hosts took an early lead through Nigerian forward Josh Maja, but PSG responded with five goals to turn the contest around at the Stade Océane.

Hakimi was the outstanding performer, contributing an assist before scoring three times. Mika Godts, Senny Mayulu and Ferran Torres also played important roles in the visitors’ attacking display.

Maja gives Le Havre an early lead

Le Havre made a confident start and stunned the league leaders in the 18th minute.

Rayan Fofana drove forward on the counter-attack before finding Maja, who finished from close range to put the home side ahead.

The goal briefly unsettled PSG, but Luis Enrique’s team gradually took control and began to create more opportunities.

Godts and Hakimi turn the game around

PSG drew level in the 26th minute through Mika Godts, who finished after receiving a pass from Hakimi.

Just two minutes later, the Moroccan defender put the visitors ahead. Senny Mayulu supplied the pass, allowing Hakimi to break into the attacking area and beat the goalkeeper.

The quick double changed the direction of the match, with PSG going into the interval holding a 2-1 advantage.

Hakimi completes hat-trick as PSG run riot

Hakimi extended PSG’s lead in the 55th minute with a superb free-kick, giving the visitors a two-goal cushion.

The Moroccan continued to cause problems for Le Havre’s defence, while PSG maintained pressure in the attacking third.

Mayulu added the fourth goal after taking advantage of a costly goalkeeping error, further stretching the hosts’ defence.

Hakimi then completed his hat-trick with another clinical finish to seal a convincing 5-1 victory. It was a memorable individual performance from the defender, who contributed directly to four of PSG’s goals.

PSG strengthen their position at the top

The victory strengthens PSG’s position in the Ligue 1 title race and underlines their attacking quality under Luis Enrique.

For Le Havre, the defeat represents another difficult result as they continue their battle near the bottom of the table. Despite taking the lead, they were unable to contain the visitors once PSG found their rhythm.

Hakimi’s performance will be one of the major talking points from the encounter, particularly his contribution at both ends of the pitch.
