The Brazilian forward, who had entered the final year of his previous deal, has agreed an improved long-term extension with the Spanish giants.
Real Madrid announced the news in an official statement on Thursday, describing Vinicius as “one of the most important players in one of the most successful periods in our history.”
The 26-year-old joined Real Madrid from Flamengo in 2018 and has since become a central figure at the Bernabéu. Across eight seasons he has made 375 appearances, scored 128 goals, and contributed to 14 major trophies, including two Champions League titles.
The new deal ends months of speculation surrounding his future and closes the door on interest from other clubs, including Arsenal.
