Ngoga is currently being held in custody at the RIB Kicukiro Station. He faces allegations related to the issuance of a cheque that was not backed by sufficient funds.
RIB spokesperson Dr Thierry Murangira confirmed the detention and stated that investigations are ongoing. Authorities are also looking into other possible related offences, though further details have not yet been disclosed.
