The 30-year-old forward joins the Yellow and Black after building a solid career in European football. Across his professional career so far, Ibayi has made 197 appearances, scoring 87 goals and providing 11 assists.
He has also earned four caps for the Congo national team, netting two goals at international level.
The experienced striker represents a significant attacking addition for Maghreb de Fès as they look to strengthen their squad for the new season.
