CASABLANCA, Morocco — Tanzania forward Diana Msewa has been awarded the TotalEnergies Woman of the Match after scoring in her side’s 2-1 victory over South Africa.
Msewa opened the scoring in the Group B opener at the Moulay Rachid Stadium on Monday, helping the Twiga Stars secure a major upset against the 2022 champions.
Her goal proved decisive as Tanzania claimed three points in their 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations campaign.
