Real Madrid Decide Against Bringing Back Nico Paz — Midfielder to Stay at Como

Real Madrid have officially decided not to bring Nico Paz back to the club for the upcoming season, according to latest reports. The Argentine midfielder will remain at Como for the 2025/26 campaign.

This decision comes after Madrid’s recent investment in fellow Argentine starlet Franco Mastantuono, which has shifted the club’s midfield focus for now.

Despite not recalling Paz, Real Madrid still maintain full control over his future. The club hold a €9 million buy-back clause for June 2026, and a €10 million clause for June 2027, ensuring they can still re-integrate him in the future if desired.

Paz is expected to play a key role for Como in Serie A this season as he continues his development.
