OFFICIAL: Adam Lallana Retires from Professional Football at 37

Veteran midfielder Adam Lallana has officially announced his retirement from football at the age of 37, bringing the curtain down on a distinguished career that spanned nearly two decades.

Lallana’s journey began at Southampton, where he emerged from the academy and helped the club rise through the English football pyramid. He went on to represent Bournemouth, Liverpool, and most recently, Brighton & Hove Albion.

Over the course of his career, Lallana amassed:
