-
Deadline for signings before the tournament: June 10.
-
Clubs must submit a squad list of up to 35 players by that date.
-
Between June 27 – July 3, clubs are allowed to make changes to the squad—this window is specifically for the knockout stage.
Key Rules During This Period:
-
Clubs may replace players whose contracts expire on June 30.
-
Even if no names are dropped, clubs can add up to two new players during the late window, taking the squad size to a maximum of 37.
-
A total of six outfield changes are allowed (via signings or replacements).
-
Goalkeeper swaps (due to injury, illness, or contract expiry) do not count toward the six-player limit.
These rules give clubs some flexibility, but also force early decision-making as they prepare for global competition.
