In the women’s 400m hurdles, Zeney Geldenhuys continued her dominance, crossing the line in 55.09 seconds to take the national crown. She was followed closely by 17-year-old Tumi Ramokgopa, who impressed with a time of 55.90 seconds, marking her as a rising star to watch.
