Benin City, Nigeria – Esther Elo Joseph has clinched the prestigious Nigerian women’s 400m Title following her remarkable victory at the 2024 Nigerian Olympic Trials held at Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium.
Esther displayed an outstanding performance to win the title, clocking an impressive time of 51.70 seconds. Her performance was met with fierce competition from Patience Okon-George, who recorded her fastest time in five years, finishing closely behind in 51.76 seconds. Securing the third position was Imaobong Nse Uko, who achieved a season's best time of 52.04 seconds.
