Draw and Match Schedule Complete as U17 Provincial Trials Kick-Off

The draws for the Under-17 provincial trials have been conducted at football House Thursday with matches expected to start this morning at Sunset Stadium and NASDEC ground.

The 10 provinces have been split in two groups with Western, Luapula, Lusaka, North Western and Eastern making Group A while Group B comprises Copperbelt, Southern, Central, Northern and Muchinga. 

The matches will be played in a round-robin basis with selectors coming up with 22 players that will face the All-Stars team on Saturday, 6 January 2023 at Sunset stadium.

They form part of the Football Association of Zambia’s roadmap of strengthening the Zambia U17 Women’s National Team squad ahead of the 2024 World Cup qualifier matches against Tanzania next month.
