U20 AFCON: See the Six Teams that have Qualified for Quarter-Final so far & Three Eliminated Teams

By Emmanuel Oladele - In the ongoing 2023 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations in Egypt, as at Sunday 26th February, 2023, a total of six teams have qualified for the quarter-finals, they are;

2023 U20 AFCON QUATER-FINALISTS SO FAR

• Senegal - Group A Winners

• Nigeria - Group A Runners-up

• Uganda - Group B Winners

• Congo - Group B Runners-up

• Gambia - Group D Winners

• South Sudan - Qualified as one of the two best third placed teams. They competed in Group B.

Nigeria U20

Two more teams are expected to join the already qualified six at the end of today's game. The remaining three teams that are still in contention for the two quarter-final spot are; Benin, Tunisia and Zambia.

The U20 AFCON quarter-finals will hold from Thursday 2nd March to Friday 3rd March, 2023.
