Shakhtar Donetsk reject Arsenal Offer for Mudryk, but Negotiations continues

By Emmanuel Oladele - Arsenal's offer for Shakhtar Donetsk star Mykhailo Mudryk has been rejected. The Gunners submitted an initial bid worth €40m plus €20m add-ons, but the Ukrainian Giants want more for the winger.

According to Italian Journalist Fabrizio Romano, "Shakhtar Donetsk have confirmed to Arsenal that they will not accept their opening official bid for Mudryk, worth €40m + €20m.

It has been turned down, as reported on Monday.

But Arsenal are still in contact with Shakhtar and player side, negotiations will continue."

Arsenal are still the favourite to sign the 21-year-old despite the initial disagreement, as negotiations among all parties continues.
