By Olamide Oyetunji - Brazilian talismanic attacker Neymar will have an opportunity to rest for at least the next two group games.

The PSG star Neymar sustained an ankle injury in the Samba Boys 2-0 victory over Serbia on Thursday night and will be out of Brazil’s remaining group games.

However, the latest medical examination confirmed that the former Santos and Barcelona forward is expected to return for the knockout stage.

Brazil will still play Switzerland and Cameroon in Group G and a win in either of the matches will deal their qualification to the Round of 16.
