Arsenal Forward Lacazette set to join Ligue 1 Giants

By Emmanuel Oladele - Arsenal Forward Alexandre Lacazette is expected to re-join French Ligue 1 side Lyon in coming days according to French Media Outlet L'Equipe.

The current contract of the 31-year-old with the Gunners will expire at the end of this month, and will be joining the French Giants as Free agent.

It's obvious that the North London side will not be offering the Frenchman a new contract when his current contract expires at the end of June.

The forward joined Arsenal in 2017 from the same Lyon. He made 158 appearances, scoring 54 goals for the Gunners.

Lacazette will be a good addition to a Lyon side who finished 8th in the just concluded 2021/22 French Ligue 1 season.
