Rivers Utd have been issued a censure & advised to show sportsmanship spirit, fair play & respect for opponents & desist from actions capable of bringing the league to disrepute

This following observation of serious unsporting behaviour from Rivers Utd players & officials in some of their away matches this season.

It has also been observed that Rivers Utd have repeatedly breached a league circular cautioning all clubs against reckless public statements.

Further evidence of such actions by the Port Harcourt club will lead to a ban from all match venues of their supporters or club officials that persistently cause disorder either at home or away.
