By Emmanuel Oladele - Flying Eagles Head Coach Ladan Bosso has selected 28 players who will represent Nigeria at the WAFU Zone B Championship in Niamey, Niger Republic, a competition which also serve as qualifier for the CAF U20 Nations Cup which holds in Egypt in 2023. Two finalists will represent WAFU Zone B in Egypt. See the list of all 28 selected players below;

The Flying Eagles of Nigeria are in Group B alongside Ghana and Burkina Faso, while Group A has host Niger Republic, Benin Republic, Togo and Côte d'Ivoire.
Nigeria will commence their WAFU Zone B campaign on 8th May against Ghana, before facing Burkina Faso three days later. The two games will hold at the General Seyni Kountche Stadium in Niamey.Two teams from each group will qualify to play in the semi-final, while the two finalists will represent WAFU Zone B at the U20 Africa Cup of Nations, Egypt 2023. Also, the four semifinalists in Egypt will represent Africa at the 2023 FIFA U20 World Cup which hold in Indonesia.
