Ghana vs Nigeria: Super Eagles' Camp Bubbles as all 25 Invited Players are now in Camp

By Emmanuel Oladele - As Nigeria continues their preparations for the upcoming FIFA World Cup Qualifier playoff with Ghana, the Camp of the Super Eagles of Nigeria is now super alive as all 25 invited players are now in Camp. The latest arrival is Enyimba International Goalkeeper John Noble who completes the number of 25 players invited by Super Eagles' interim coach Austin Eguavoen, Noble arrived camp on Wednesday evening.

The Super Eagles' Official Social Media page confirmed the update in a post which reads as follows; "Update! We’re complete…John Noble has landed…25 players in camp…Ekong, Balogun, Ajayi, Aina, Onyeka, Ighalo, Akpeyi, Musa, Etebo, Iheanacho, Abdullahi, Uzoho, Simon, Dennis, Aribo, Bassey, Bonke, Omeruo, Sanusi, Chukwueze, Osimhen, Amoo, Lookman, Umar, Noble #SoarSuperEagles"

The first leg of the fixture holds on Friday 25th March, 2022 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Ghana, while the return leg comes up at the MKO Abiola Stadium in Abuja on Tuesday 29th March, 2022.

• Ghana vs Nigeria - First Leg

Date: Friday 25th March, 2022 

Time: 8:30PM Nigerian Time (+1 GMT).

• Venue: Baba Yara Sports Stadium, Kumasi, Ghana


• Nigeria vs Ghana - Second Leg

• Date: Tuesday 29th March, 2022

• Time: 6:00PM Nigerian Time (+1 GMT).

• Venue: Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja, Nigeria

Note that Bonke has replaced Ndidi, while John Noble takes the place of Maduka Okoye.


Super Eagles' Contingent are expected to fly to Kumasi aboard a chartered flight on Thursday morning, and will return to Abuja with same flight after Friday's first leg fixture. The team will lodge at the Golden Tulip, the hotel with the best facility in Kumasi.
