FC Lorient Forward Terem Moffi replace injured Alex Iwobi - Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifying Double-Header against CAR

By Emmanuel Oladele - Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr has invited Ligue 1 forward Terem Moffi to replace injured Everton forward Alex Iwobi, as Nigeria trade tackles with Central African Republic in Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifying double-header which holds in Lagos and Douala.

The Super Eagles of Nigeria confirmed the update on their social media page, which read as follows, "Forward Terem Moffi has been called up to replace injured Alex Iwobi for the World Cup qualifiers against Central African Republic.

Everton manager Rafael Benitez has also revealed that Alex Iwobi will not be part of his team that will face Manchester United this weekend due to a "little problem" as described by the manager.

Nigeria will be without Alex Iwobi when they face Central African Republic next week in a FIFA World Cup Qualifying double-header which holds in Lagos and Douala.
