D'Tigress defeated Senegal by 73-63 points to book a semi-final date with Mali who stunned Cameroon the host with 52-51 points on Friday night.

The final of the competition will hold at the City Arena in Yaoundé at 18:00 (+1 GMT).

A win for Nigeria on Sunday will earn D'Tigress a 5th title. Nigeria are also the defending champions, they won the title in 2019 in Senegal.

Cameroon will also face Senegal in a third place game same Sunday, at 15:00 (+1 GMT) in a third-place game.

The ongoing tournament is the 25th edition of the competition since it inception in 1966.
