Saturday Premier League: Man City win big, three Super Eagles Stars impress in Watford loss and Other Games Results

By Oladele Emmanuel - Six games were played in the English Premier League on Saturday, which are game week 2 of the 2021/22 league season. In Saturday games, Manchester City got their first win of the season and it was a big win for the Pep Gurdiola led side, 5-0 it ended in favour of City.

Meanwhile, three Super Eagles Stars, Emmanuel Dennis Bonaventure, Etebo and Ekong-Troost were all in action in Watford 2-0 loss to Brighton, despite the loss, the Nigerian Internationals gave a good account of themselves. Ekong was solid at the back, while Bonaventure pace was a huge threat to Brighton defence, as Etebo mobility was also helpful in the heart of Watford midfield.

On the other hand, Liverpool got their second win of the season, the Reds put two past Burnley to maintain a good start to the 2021/22 league season.
