Onazi joins Turkish Super Lig Club

By Emmanuel Oladele - Super Eagles midfielder Ogenyi Onazi has completed a move to Turkish Super Lig side Denizilspor. The Nigerian signed a one year contract with the club, with an option of one year extension.

The club took to their Twitter handle to announce the signing, "Our club has signed a 1+1 year deal with 28-year-old midfielder Ogenyi Onazi, who recently played for FK Zalgiris. We welcome Ogenyi Onazi and we wish him success under our green-black jersey."

Onazi has previously played for Denizilispor in 2020, where he made just nine league appearances, the Nigeria International is back with the club.

He has also played for Trabzonspor in the Turkish Super Lig between 2016 and 2019.
