By Emmanuel Oladele - Leicester City on Tuesday night stunned Manchester United with a 2-1 win, thereby ending United hope of challenging Manchester City for the premier league title.
Leicester Luke Thomas put the Foxes ahead in 10th minute of the game with a powerful shot, too hot for De Gea to handle, to give Leicester a 1-0 lead. Five minutes later, Greenwood got an equaliser for United to end the first half in a 1-1 draw.
In the 66 minutes of the second half, Soyuncu brilliant header from Albrighton's well-taken corner kick won the game for Leicester City who are on the verge of making another Champions League appearance.
Manchester United are now 10 points behind Manchester City with just three more games to go. The best United can get from the three remaining games is 9 points which will not be enough to catch up on Manchester City which have been crowned the 2020/21 premier league champions following United's defeat.
Manchester United hope of silverware now lies in the UEFA Europa League where they will face Spanish side Villarreal in the final later this month.
