Arsenal Flops again in the English Premier League

By Emmanuel Oladele - Arsenal have been struggling since the restart of the English Premier League, they lost their first game by 3-0 to Manchester City on Wednesday and bowed to another defeat on Saturday against fifth place Brighton.

The first half of Saturday's game ended goalless, but Arsenal took the lead in the 68th minute with a superb strike from Arsenal forward Nicolas Pépé after receiving a pass from Saka to give Mikel Arteta led side a 1-0 lead.

Brighton defender Lewis Dunk capitalised on Gunners' poor defence to poke home an equaliser for Brighton in the 75th minute.
In the 90+5', it was a moment all Arsenal fans will never forget as Brighton forward Neal Maupay got the winning goal, thanks to Connolly for the superb assist that earned the host the victory of the evening. This is the second game Arsenal will be losing since the restart of the EPL after COVID-19.

After the entire game time, it Brighton 2-1 Arsenal, so it ended at Falmer Stadium.
