Arsenal, Barcelona and Everton are targeting Gent forward Jonathan David who have enjoyed a superb spell in the just concluded Belgian Pro League. Recalled that the the Belgian Pro League ended prematurely on Thursday due to Coronavirus outbreak, with Club Brugge to be crowned Champions.
The 20-year-old whose striking pattern could be likened to that of Borussia Dortmund sensation Erling Haaland has scored 23 goals and 10 assists in 40 appearances for Gent.
According to the Reports on Daily Star, Barcelona have already held with Jonathan David's representatives and want the player for £22million.
It is expected that the team with the highest bid will sign the player. Barcelona, Everton and Arsenal will have to battle to secure the service of the 20-year-old sensation.
