The teenager will turn 17 on 16th of February and will be given a professional contract.
The Norwegian was present at the Stamford Bridge on Saturday to witness the match between Chelsea and Burnley, a game the Blues won by 3-0. The teenager was also in Chelsea's dressing room to meet with Chelsea boss Frank Lampard and other team-members.
Chelsea are still hoping to land Lyon striker Moussa Dembele and Borussia Dortmund forward Jadon Sancho.
