Chelsea considering a move for £60m rated Bayern Munich star

Chelsea are reportedly interested in Bayern Munich left-back David Alaba, the defender is valued to be around £60m and are considering a move for him.

Chelsea's options of Marcos Alonso and Emerson Palmieri at the left-back have failed to impress under new boss Frank Lampard, making the manager to switch team captain Cesar Azpilicueta from right-back to left-back in some games.

The 27-year-old has just 18 months left in his contract and he's expected to bring wealth of experience into Chelsea's team.

The Austrian defender has been fantastic with his current club and Chelsea will be a better place for him to continue his impressive form.
