FIFA U-17 World Cup: Golden Eaglets Stage Miraculously Come-Back to Win Hungary

Nigerians' U-17 side, Golden Eaglets started their FIFA U-17 World Cup campaign with a stunning win over determined Hungary.
Having been tagged one of the competition favorite by FIFA, the young Nigerians were hoping for a bright start in a group B encounter with Hungary in Goiania on Saturday evening.

The Europeans showed composure and were rewarded with a half-time lead through goals from György Komáromi in the third minute while Tijani Samson's 20th minute penalty was equally marched by Samuel Major fantastic finish eight minutes later.

When it look like a tough task, the Manu Garba marshalled lads raise their game and scored three late goals.

Firstly, substitute Ibraheem Jabaar set Usman Ibrahim up for a well deserved equalizer with just over 10 minutes left before Oluwatimilehin Adeniyi heads Nigeria in front for the first time in the encounter 90 seconds later.
Captain fantastic, Tijani 'Borga' Samson put an exclamation mark with a delicious free-kick five minutes from stoppage to secure total points for the West Africans.
Nigeria will play Ecuador next on Tuesday 29th of October at same venue.
