Patrick van Aanholt stoppage-time strike earned Crystal Palace first-ever win over Manchester United

Patrick van Aanholt stoppage-time strike has secured Crystal Palace's first-ever win over Manchester United in the English Premier League, the game ended 2-1.

In a game dominated by United in both half, Ghanian Jordan Ayew put the visitors in front 32 minutes on the clock after receiving a superb pass from Schlupp, which allowed Ayew to run unchallenged before placing the ball past De Gea to end the first half 1-0 in favour of the visitor.
In the second half, United were awarded with a penalty in the 69th minute after McTominay was fouled by Milivojevic in the 18-yard box, no thanks to Marcus Rashford who hit the woodwork with his spot kick and denied United the equaliser.

But two minutes to the end of regular time, Manchester United got the equaliser via a superb strike from Daniel James after receiving the ball inside the penalty area and send the ball into the top corner of the net.

The moment of the game was in the stoppage-time when Patrick van Aanholt benefited from Palace's quick counter-attack and denied United the chance of picking a point from the encounter, after his powerful shot was too hot for De Gea to handle.

After the entire game duration, Manchester United 1-2 Crystal Palace, so it ended at the Old Trafford.
