Shooting Stars SC of Ibadan on Monday failed once again to gain promoted into the Nigeria Premier Football League following their 3-0 defeat to Akwa Starlets in the Nigeria National League Playoffs.
The Oluyole Warriors will be spending their third consecutive season in the Nigeria National League following their failure to progress to the top flight League in the 2017/2018 and 2018/2019 season.
