CAFCC: Nassim Hnid lone strike compounds Rangers woe as they crash out

Nassim Hnid 73rd minute strike for Sfaxien of Tunisia shattered Rangers International hope of progressing to the quarter-finals of the CAF Confederation Cup, though a victory for Rangers does not only determine their qualification, but also the result of the game between Etoile du Sahel and Salitas of Burkina Faso. Nigerian International Kingsley Sokari was also in action for Sfaxien.
Even a victory for Rangers in Sunday's last group game will not be enough to take the Enugu based team through, as the game between Etoile du Sahel and Salitas which was also one of Rangers qualification determinant, does not go in favour of the Ogunbote led side.

In the other group game, Etoile du Sahel of Tunisia defeated Salitas by 1-0, Mohamed Firas Ben Al Arbi 6th minute strike made the difference.
Sfaxien and Etoile du Sahel both from Tunisia are through to the quarter-finals while Rangers of Nigeria and Salitas of Burkina Faso crashed out.

After 90 minutes, it Rangers International 0-1 Sfaxien, so it ended at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in Enugu.
