NNL super 8 playoffs: Four teams promoted to the NPFL

The Nigeria National League Super 8 playoff has produced four teams that will join other 20 teams in the Nigeria Professional Football League for the 2018/2019 league season.

From the ‪South Zone, ‬Bendel Insurance of Benin and Remo Stars have gained promotion to the NPFL, while Gombe United and Kada City from the North complete four teams. ‬

Bendel Insurance of Benin is making their return to the Premier League after 11 years while Shooting Stars of Ibadan will remain in the Nigeria National League following a poor outing in the NNL Super 8 playoff at the Enyimba International Stadium in Aba, Abia State.
