Rangers International of Enugu on Sunday defeated USM Bel Abbes of Algeria to advance into the next round of the 2018/2019 CAF Confederation Cup.
Bright Silas opened scoring for the host in the 5th minute of the encounter to give the Rangers an early lead, and before the half time Silas doubled Rangers lead.
Both teams entered into Sunday's game on 0-0 aggregate, following a goalless draw in the first leg in Algeria.
USM Bel Abbes of Algeria have crashed out of the CAF Confederation Cup while Rangers International progresses.
Rangers will now wait for the draw to know their next opponent as it is certain they will be playing one of the teams that crashed out from the CAF Champions League.
