New looking Arsenal FC woke from their sleep on Monday night to defeat Leicester City who gave their all in the first half of the encounter. The Gunner were not coordinated enough in the early minutes of the first half and they were punished for it.
Leicester took the lead in the 31st minute of the first half courtesy of BellerÃn own goal, but the new looking Arsenal side did a perfect job in the 45th minute of the first half as BellerÃn set up Özil who struck the ball into the back of the net with his left foot. The first half ended 1-1 in favour of both team.
The second half started with a lot of expectations from both side, but the half came alive in the 61st minute with the introduction of Aubayemang and Guendouzi who respectively strengthen Arsenal's attack and midfielder, and that resulted to a serious jubilation in the 63rd as BellerÃn low cross from the right flank gave substitute Aubameyang a easy tap in to give Arsenal the lead for the first time in the night.
It was Aubameyang who sealed the victory for the Gunners in the 66th minute of the encounter and thanks to Özil solo pass that gave Aubameyang another easy tap in.
