The match will be played on the Tuesday 16th of October, 2018, at Stade Taïeb Mhiri Stadium in Sfax, Tunisia. The kick-off time is 7:00pm (West Africa Standard Time).

40-year-old Joshua Bondo from Botswana will be the centre referee and will be assisted by fellow country men Oamogetse Godisamang and Meshack Medupi who will serve as the first and the second referee respectively.
