Narrow escape for Chelsea at Southampton, scoring 3 goals in 8 minutes

Chelsea on Saturday afternoon escaped yet another humiliation from the hand of Southampton at St. Mary stadium, having played a one-all draw with West Ham United last weekend.

Southampton took the lead in the 21st minute of the encounter through Serbian International Dusan Tadic after receiving an assist from Ryan Bertrand to end the first half with a 1-0 lead.

15 minutes after the commencement of the second half, J. Bednarek doubled Southampton lead, taking the scoreline to 2-0 in the 60th minute, thanks to an assist from J. Ward-Prowse.
