Super Eagles Defender Leon-Aderemi Balogun is happy after playing for Nigeria in front of his family for the first time in his international career when Super Eagles drew 1-1 with Teranga lions of Senegal on Thursday in an international friendly that took place in London.
The 28-year-old FSV Mainz 05 star expressed his joy through the social media platform Twitter immediately after the match.
"Proud moment 2 play in front of my London family for the first time wearing the green 💚🇳🇬 thx 4 the amazing support of the fans as well."
Meanwhile, the Balogun family will have the opportunity to watch their son play when the Super Eagles slug it out with Burkina Faso on Monday in London.
