Super Falcons Striker Gift Monday joins Spanish Primera Division Club UDG Tenerife

By Emmanuel Oladele - 2021/22 Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) golden boot and MVP Winner Gift Monday has joined Spanish side UDG Tenerife from FC Robo Queens.

The Spanish side took to their official social media page on Monday to announce the Signing of the Super Falcons Forward in a post which read as follows; "|OFFICIAL| We've got a signing! Gift Monday Nigerian international striker adds to our story. Welcome, Warrior! Welcome, Gift!"

The prolific attacker was on loan to Bayelsa Queens FC last season where she finished the season as top goalscorer and Most Valuable Player of the 2021/22 NWFL season.

A move to the Spanish Primera Division club UDG Tenerife is a good move for the 20-year-old Nigerian International.
