Total snub of NNL Players from CHAN Eagles is 'RIDICULOUS'

With a flashback to the list of 30 Players released recently by Coach Salisu Yusuf the head coach of the Home-based Super Eagles. The Coach released a list of 30 Home-based players, all from the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL), thereby snubbing every other Players from the Nigeria National League (NNL), this is 'ridiculous.'
Does it means the 30 Players invited from the NPFL are better than some of the best legs we have in the NNL?

Does it means there is no Player in the NNL that is good enough to make the CHAN Eagles Team?

The technical department of the National team are not in anyway monitoring the Nigeria National League (NNL) and the NNL also get little or no media attention.

In the NNL we have some quality players that are good enough to be in the CHAN Eagles, Players like Tosin Omoleye (Osun United); Hamza Sani (Delta Force); John John (Kogi United); Isah Ismail GK. (Delta Force); Isah Saadi (Crown FC); John Chukwudi (Gateway FC); Akinode Moses (Heartland FC); Chigozie Obasi (Osun United); Jude Aneke (Ikorodu United); Victor Okeji (Osun United) among others. All this players have done well for their respective clubs this season and deserve a place in the CHAN Eagles.

The snubbing of NNL players from the CHAN Eagles sqad will in one way or the other affect the development of the NNL, now that every attention as been shifted to the NPFL.

As a Sport Writer and an Advocate of Nigeria Football, I strongly condemn the snubbing of the NNL Players from the CHAN Eagles.
